Legendary Write-Up for Legendary Items

Turbine released a dev diary yesterday explaining legendary items. I, for one, needed an extensive diary (this one is 10 pages). I had a basic idea of how it functioned, but getting this write-up really helped flush the particulars out for me. Certainly, I'll understand it even more once I get hands-on experience, but until then, this will do nicely. I highly recommend checking it out.
